Uncontrolled resource consumption in Oracle Database Server 23.4.0 through 23.26.2 allows remote attackers to hang or crash Net Service via TLS. Oracle has not disclosed the malformed input, code locus, or resource-management operation that causes Net Service to stop responding or crash repeatedly. No credentials or user interaction are required, and affected 23.x Database, Grid, and Client Oracle homes expose only an availability impact.
