Resource exhaustion in Oracle REST Data Services 24.2.0 through 26.1.0 allows remote attackers to cause a hang or repeated crash via HTTPS. Oracle identifies the Mongoapi component but has not disclosed the request field, parser, or resource whose handling consumes resources without a limit. Exposure requires standalone mode against a non-CDB database or PDB with the disabled-by-default Mongoapi enabled; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
