Improper access control in Oracle Internet Procurement Connector 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to read and alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Internal Operations component and does not disclose the faulty access-control operation or request pattern. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests can read, create, delete, or modify critical or all connector-accessible data.
