Unauthenticated payment data read and modification
Published May 28, 2026 · Updated May 28, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Payments 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to read or alter payment data over HTTPS. Oracle identifies the File Transmission component but does not disclose the affected endpoint or the access-control operation that mishandles requests. No credentials or user interaction are required, but Oracle states exploitation is difficult and does not publish the required conditions.
