CVE-2026-46817Known exploitationNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated takeover via undisclosed File Transmission flaw

Published May 28, 2026 · Updated May 28, 2026

Authentication bypass in Oracle Payments 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle identifies the File Transmission component but has not published the affected endpoint, missing check, or request-processing mechanism. Network access to the HTTP service is sufficient; no credentials or user interaction are required, and takeover permits control over payment processing.
