Code injection in PTC Windchill PDMLink and FlexPLM allows remote attackers to execute code through untrusted data deserialization. The Publish servlet route reconstructs attacker-controlled serialized objects without restricting the resulting behavior to safe object types. No credentials or user interaction are required; a network-reachable deployment exposes the server and potentially connected systems to code execution.
