Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over the portal via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Security Framework as the affected component but does not disclose the flawed request handler, authorization check, or operation on attacker-controlled input. Any low-privileged portal account with HTTP or HTTPS access is sufficient, and successful exploitation grants complete control of the portal with possible cross-product impact.
