Credential recovery via static low-iteration password hashes

Weak password hashing in Siemens SINEC INS before V1.0 SP2 Update 6 allows local users to recover user passwords offline. The password-hashing implementation applies one static, hardcoded salt across every user and installation and performs too few iterations, making brute-force and precomputed recovery efficient. High privileges and access to stored hashes are required; recovered credentials can enable unauthorized access across affected installations.
