Metric injection via unvalidated StatsD delimiters

Metric injection in Robert Rothenberg Net::Statsd::Tiny before 0.3.8 allows remote attackers to inject StatsD metrics via untrusted names or set values. The _record routine concatenates metric names and values into StatsD protocol lines without rejecting control characters, colons, or pipes. An application must pass attacker-controlled metric data; injected delimiters then create additional metrics and corrupt monitoring data.
