Account-action bypass via cross-user OAuth reauthentication

Improper authentication in Flask-Security 5.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to bypass OAuth reauthentication freshness checks. The oauth_verify_response() path accepts an OAuth-resolved user without confirming that it matches the session user before updating the fs_paa freshness timestamp. An attacker must control an already-authenticated stale victim session and a separate OAuth identity; the bypass enables freshness-protected account actions, demonstrated by changing the victim username.
