Cloud credential disclosure via IPv6 blocklist bypass

SSRF in Pydantic AI and Pydantic AI Slim 1.56.0 through 1.98.0 allows remote attackers to read cloud IAM credentials. The URL validator fails to normalize IPv4-mapped IPv6, 6to4, and NAT64 forms before comparing resolved destinations with the cloud-metadata blocklist. Exploitation requires an untrusted FileUrl explicitly marked force_download='allow-local' and a dual-stack or translated network that routes the encoded address.
