Process abort via unchecked buffer growth

Resource exhaustion in Eugeny russh before 0.60.3 allows attackers to crash processes through oversized SSH-related inputs. AgentClient::read_response and Connection::run trusted peer-supplied 32-bit frame lengths when resizing buffers, while historical transport and zlib paths grew CryptoVec with unchecked size arithmetic and allocation handling. Current exposure requires a local SSH agent peer; remote SSH traffic reaches the demonstrated process-abort path only before 0.58.0 and under constrained memory.
