Command execution via synthesized-name sandbox bypass

Sandbox bypass in Twig 3.9.0 through versions before 3.26.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through inner templates. Environment::createTemplate() assigns a synthesized string_template hash name, causing a path-based SourcePolicyInterface to treat the inner template as unsandboxed and make checkSecurity() a no-op. Exploitation requires selective SourcePolicyInterface sandboxing, StringLoaderExtension, and permission to call template_from_string and include; successful templates can read secrets or invoke system commands.
