Unauthenticated payment-setting overwrite via open REST endpoint

Missing authorization in Dejavoo iPOSpays Payment Gateway for WooCommerce 1.3.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to overwrite payment settings. The save_settings REST route accepts every request through __return_true and writes supplied values into woocommerce_ipospays_settings without capability or nonce checks. Exploitation requires no authentication or user interaction and can replace stored live API keys, secret keys, and payment tokens.
