Authenticated OS command execution via timeZone SQL injection

SQL injection in Twenty 1.7.7 through 1.16.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands through the REST groupBy endpoint. getGroupByExpression directly interpolates group_by.timeZone into raw DATE_TRUNC and TO_CHAR SQL fragments without validation, escaping, or parameters. Command execution through PostgreSQL COPY TO PROGRAM requires a superuser database role, as used by the default self-hosted Docker deployment, and runs on the database server.
