Remote service interruption via unused Huffman groups

Resource exhaustion in Go Project golang.org/x/image/vp8l before 0.45.0 allows remote attackers to exhaust memory with crafted VP8L images. The decoder.decodeHuffmanGroups routine sizes its Huffman-group slice from the largest 16-bit group index, allocating entries for unreferenced groups instead of only groups used by the tile map. Any application that passes an attacker-controlled VP8L image to Decode is exposed to application interruption and host memory pressure without authentication or user interaction.
