Process crash via mismatched VP8 alpha dimensions

Out-of-bounds read in Go Project golang.org/x/image/webp before 0.43.0 allows attackers to crash a decoding process with a crafted WEBP image. When VP8 dimensions differ from the canvas and an ALPH chunk is present, decode constructs an image.NYCbCrA with mismatched YCbCr and alpha planes, then indexes beyond the alpha data. The affected application must decode attacker-controlled WEBP content through Decode or DecodeConfig, and the bounded impact is termination of that decoding process.
