Unauthorized SSH access via skipped source-address validation

Authorization bypass in golang.org/x/crypto/ssh before 0.52.0 allows remote authenticated users to gain unauthorized SSH access. NewServerConn applies source-address validation incorrectly when permissions originate from non-public-key authentication callbacks. Exposure requires an SSH server that relies on source-address restrictions and accepts authentication through such a callback.
