Data exfiltration and command execution via prompt templates

Indirect prompt injection in Eclipse Theia before 1.71.0 allows attackers to control AI behavior through a malicious workspace. The prompt-template loader automatically reads .prompts/*.prompttemplate files from an opened workspace and merges their contents into agent system prompts without requiring workspace trust. A user must open the repository and invoke affected AI chat features; chained features can disclose data through rendered Markdown images or execute commands through task definitions.
