Attachment size-limit bypass via unchecked URL uploads
Published Jun 23, 2026 · Updated Jun 23, 2026
Resource-limit bypass in NocoDB before 2026.04.1 allows remote authenticated users to upload oversized attachments by URL. The upload-by-URL path fails to compare remote Content-Length and decoded data URI size with NC_ATTACHMENT_FIELD_SIZE before transfer. Upload permission is required; oversized files consume storage and bandwidth beyond the operator-configured per-file cap.
