Node crash via ROOT-keyed trie chunk

Denial of service in Nimiq core-rs-albatross before 1.5.0 allows remote attackers to crash state-syncing nodes via a crafted trie chunk. MerkleRadixTrie::put_chunk accepts an empty ROOT key after sorting, range, and Merkle-proof checks, and put_raw unwraps RootCantHaveValue while writing that value to the root node, panicking the process. Exposure is limited to fresh or recovering nodes performing state synchronization against untrusted peers; normal non-syncing operation is unaffected.
