Ticket reply disclosure via missing authorization check
Published Apr 8, 2026 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
IDOR in Awesome Support 6.3.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read support-ticket replies via crafted ticket IDs. The wpas_get_ticket_replies_ajax() handler accepts the ticket_id parameter and retrieves replies without checking whether the requester can view that ticket. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to disclose sensitive replies from every support ticket, while no write or deletion capability is reported.
