Service crash via crafted MSL image

Heap use-after-free in the MSL decoder in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-23 and 6.9.13-48 allows local users to crash the process. Processing a crafted MSL image dereferences heap memory after it has been freed; upstream has not disclosed the object or lifetime error involved. No privileges or user interaction are required once local users can submit an MSL image, and the published impact is limited to availability.
