Privilege escalation via unescaped markdown captures

Stored XSS in Frogman before 1.6.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another administrator's browser. The formatMarkdown function in assets/js/chat.js inserted user-controlled regex captures into inline-code, bold, link, and download-link HTML without contextual escaping or URL-scheme filtering. Exploitation requires a lower-tier administrator to control a reflected PBX field and a higher-tier administrator to view it in Frogman chat; the script then acts with the viewer's permissions.
