Arbitrary OAuth token minting via CTS type confusion

Authorization bypass in Open Identity Platform OpenAM 16.0.6 and earlier allows attackers to mint OAuth and OIDC tokens via crafted CTS rows. OAuthTokenStore looks up caller-supplied identifiers in the shared Core Token Store without an OAuth-only namespace, while OAuthAdapter trusts the row's BLOB without binding its CTS type or checking integrity. Reachability requires an enabled OAuth2 Provider and a way to place controlled JSON under a known CTS identifier, such as Push registration in a Push-enabled realm; minted tokens carry chosen identities and scopes but do not create SSO sessions or console access.
