Unauthenticated configuration overwrite via unguarded save endpoint

Improper access control in Dashy before 4.0.8 allows remote attackers to overwrite dashboard configuration through an HTTP request. The /config-manager/save handler accepts attacker-supplied YAML and writes it as the main configuration without enforcing server-side OIDC authentication or administrator status. An OIDC-enabled deployment exposes the flaw, permitting changes to authentication settings and displayed service links and allowing service interruption.
