Authenticated Tailnet disruption via unencoded rename paths

Path traversal in Headplane before 0.6.3 and 0.7.0-beta.1 through 0.7.0-beta.2 allows remote authenticated users to alter Tailnet resources. The node and user rename helpers interpolate attacker-controlled names into Headscale API URL paths without encoding; URL resolution normalizes traversal segments into different endpoints. An OIDC user with machine-action access and one manageable node can rename or expire arbitrary nodes or rename users, disrupting Tailnet connectivity and identity-dependent policy behavior.
