Shell command execution via archive filename expansion

Command injection in tar#Vimuntar() in Vim before 9.2.0479 allows attackers to execute shell commands through crafted .tgz filenames. The function passes the archive tail to :!gunzip and :!gzip -d after calling shellescape() without its special-character flag, so Vim expands cmdline-special characters before handing the command to the shell. Exploitation requires a Unix-like system with the tar plugin enabled and a local crafted archive that a user opens before manually invoking :Vimuntar.
