TOTP secret prediction via insecure rand generation

Insufficient entropy in Troglodyne LLC Trog::TOTP before 1.006 allows remote attackers to predict generated TOTP secrets. The Trog::TOTP::_gen_secret routine draws secret material from Perl's predictable built-in rand function instead of a cryptographic generator. Exploitation requires access to an application that uses module-generated secrets, exposing the second authentication factor without enabling data modification or service interruption.
