CVE-2026-46427Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated private-key disclosure via incomplete secret masking

Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026

Information exposure in Budibase before 3.38.3 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve Snowflake private keys through its datasource API. The removeSecrets function masks only PASSWORD fields, so it returns Snowflake privateKey values typed SENSITIVE_LONGFORM without replacement. Any BASIC user with an app role and table-read permission can obtain the configured PEM and exercise the service user's Snowflake privileges.
