Unauthenticated account impersonation via skipped SAML signatures

Authentication bypass in Rocket.Chat allows remote attackers to impersonate any mapped user through unsigned SAML assertions. The SAML Response.verifySignatures routine returns when serviceProviderOptions.cert is empty, so neither Response nor Assertion signatures are checked before a session is issued. Reachability requires SAML to be enabled with the certificate field left at its shipped empty default; successful exploitation grants the targeted user's workspace access and can yield tenant control when an administrator is impersonated.
