CVE-2026-46414Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated peer task hijacking via role spoofing

Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026

Authorization bypass in Microsoft UFO 3.0.1-4-ge2626659 allows remote authenticated users to dispatch tasks to peer devices. In ufo/server/ws/handler.py, task handling trusts each message's client_type and target_id instead of the role bound to its WebSocket connection. A shared server token and another connected device are required; exploitation routes attacker-controlled automation into that peer's context and can expose results or disrupt sessions.
