Session hijacking via insecure refresh-token cookie

Sensitive-cookie exposure in HAXTheWeb HAXcms (PHP) 25.0.0 through 25.x allows attackers to steal refresh tokens over HTTP. The setcookie call at system/backend/php/lib/Operations.php line 1991 creates haxcms_refresh_token without setting its Secure argument, so browsers can transmit the cookie on an unencrypted request. The attacker must be on the network path when an authenticated user's browser sends the cookie over HTTP; interception enables token reuse for session hijacking.
