Authenticated file read via incomplete traversal stripping

Path traversal in HAXTheWeb HAXcms PHP and NodeJS before 26.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. The getPageContent path sanitizer sequentially removes ../ and ./ substrings, so nested sequences such as ...../// are reconstituted as traversal components after filtering. Low-privileged CMS access is required; a crafted saveOutline location stored in site.json exposes files readable by the server account.
