Administrator access via exposed HMAC signing key

Key disclosure in HAXcms (NodeJS) before 26.0.0 allows remote attackers to forge administrator JWTs via an unauthenticated API. The hmacBase64() function keys HMAC-SHA256 with literal 0, appends privateKey+salt to the digest, and Base64-encodes the combined buffer. The unauthenticated /system/api/connectionSettings endpoint returns these tokens, exposing the signing secret for full site administration.
