CVE-2026-46380Public exploit

Internal service access via unvalidated fetch URL

Published Aug 14, 2026 · Updated Aug 14, 2026

SSRF in OSCAL Compass Compliance-trestle before 3.12.2 and 4.0.0 through 4.0.2 allows local users to reach internal services. The HTTPSFetcher._do_fetch() method passes a user-controlled URL directly to requests.get() without validating its destination. Exploitation requires a user to process attacker-influenced remote content, enabling requests to internal services or cloud metadata endpoints.
