Authenticated internal-response disclosure via unvalidated baseUrl

SSRF in SillyTavern before 1.18.0 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP responses through the SearXNG proxy. The /api/search/searxng route in src/endpoints/search.js passes request.body.baseUrl into URL construction and fetch() without destination validation. A valid web session, or a deployment with user accounts disabled, exposes loopback and internal services reachable from the host.
