CVE-2026-46366Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated FAQ title disclosure via missing ACL filter

Published May 15, 2026 · Updated May 15, 2026

Incorrect authorization in phpMyFAQ before 4.1.2 allows remote attackers to disclose restricted FAQ titles through public solution URLs. Faq::getIdFromSolutionId() queries by sequential solution ID without a user or group permission filter, then embeds returned metadata in a 301 redirect. Exposure requires a restricted FAQ with a valid solution ID; responses reveal its existence, identifiers, language, category, and title, but not normally its body.
