Unauthenticated SQL injection via unescaped User-Agent header

SQL injection in phpMyFAQ before 4.1.2 allows remote attackers to read or alter database records through the public captcha API. BuiltinCaptcha::garbageCollector() and BuiltinCaptcha::saveCaptcha() insert the unescaped User-Agent header into DELETE and INSERT SQL strings. No authentication or user interaction is required; time-based blind queries expose credential hashes, admin tokens, and SMTP credentials.
