Stored XSS via bounded SVG entity decoding

Stored cross-site scripting in phpMyFAQ before 4.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through uploaded SVG files. SvgSanitizer::decodeAllEntities() stops after five decoding passes, leaving nested numeric entities hidden from the javascript URL check until the browser decodes them. Exploitation requires FAQ_EDIT permission and a user to click the stored SVG link, after which code runs in that user's phpMyFAQ-origin session.
