Unauthenticated agent token theft via unsigned PKCS#7 content

Signature bypass in Coder before fixes 2.24.5, 2.29.13, 2.30.8, 2.31.12, 2.32.2, and 2.33.3 allows remote attackers to steal agent tokens. azureidentity.Validate() accepts attacker-controlled PKCS#7 content after validating only the embedded Azure signer certificate's trust chain, without verifying that the signature covers the content. The unauthenticated endpoint issues a victim agent's session token only when the attacker supplies the target VM's UUIDv4 vmId; the token exposes Git SSH keys, OAuth tokens, and workspace secrets.
