Local use-after-free via in-place socket conversion

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel SMC TCP ULP support allows local users to cause system instability via socket conversion. The implementation replaces an active TCP socket's struct file, dentry, and inode state in place even though VFS requires those open-file structures to remain immutable. The affected path is present in kernels containing the SMC TCP ULP feature; published sources establish lifetime corruption and instability, but not privilege escalation or a specific exploit outcome.
