Local incorrect-data exposure via EROFS EOF handling

Improper I/O completion in Linux Kernel allows local users to receive incorrect data via file-backed EROFS reads past EOF. erofs_fileio_ki_complete() treats a zero-byte backing-file read as successful without advancing and zero-filling the remaining bio, then completes the affected folios. Reachability requires local access to data on an affected file-backed EROFS mount; bytes that should read as zeros can instead contain uncleared data.
