Host service interruption via TUN page leak

Memory leak in the Linux Kernel TUN driver allows guest OS users or local users to interrupt host services through memory exhaustion. The tun_xdp_one() failure path returns after build_skb() fails without releasing the page allocated by vhost_net_build_xdp(), while tun_sendmsg() reports success and prevents vhost_tx_batch() cleanup. Repeated batched virtio-net transmissions under sk_buff memory pressure leak page fragments until host memory availability degrades.
