Local information disclosure via uninitialized WAITID result

Information disclosure in io_uring WAITID in Linux Kernel allows local users to read stale kernel command-storage bytes. The io_waitid prep path leaves struct io_waitid::info uninitialized, and io_waitid_finish() copies it to userspace when common wait code leaves wo_info unwritten. A local user must submit IORING_OP_WAITID and reach a no-child-event completion; the returned siginfo discloses residual reused io_kiocb bytes.
