Local denial of service via empty multisync

Denial of service in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to hang a kernel thread and peg one CPU core via a crafted V3D ioctl. v3d_get_extensions() follows an unbounded userspace extension list, while zero-count multisync handling leaves the duplicate guard unset on a self-reference. A local user able to submit V3D ioctls can keep the calling thread blocked and consume one CPU core indefinitely; no data access or modification is reported.
