Authenticated resource access via missing owner checks

Authorization bypass in Red Hat build of Keycloak 26.4 before 26.4.12 allows remote authenticated users to read, modify, or delete resources. ResourceService calls the resource-set service for a caller-supplied UUID without verifying that the token's resource server owns the object. Exploitation requires a valid protection token and a UUID belonging to another resource server in the same realm, exposing that server's resource data and management operations.
