Kernel warning via mismatched threaded interrupt registration

Incorrect interrupt registration in the Linux Kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through a VF interface. The libwx VF miscellaneous-interrupt setup passes a primary handler and a null threaded handler to request_threaded_irq while setting IRQF_ONESHOT. Reaching the path requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in the initial network namespace and bringing up an affected physical VF interface; no data access or code execution is reported.
