Kernel memory disclosure and crash via misindexed outputs

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux Kernel MPFS CCC clock driver allows local users to disclose memory or crash the kernel during output registration. The driver indexes the hws array with PLL output IDs that still include two unsupported DLL slots, so registering the final outputs reads beyond the allocated entries. Triggering a reprobe requires uid 0 or CAP_SYS_ADMIN through sysfs bind/unbind; otherwise the path occurs only during kernel-controlled boot probing.
