Early-boot crash via malformed hugepage parameter

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the system during early boot via malformed hugepage parameters. Early parameter parsing passes a missing value to hugetlb_add_param(), which calls strlen() on NULL when hugepages, hugepagesz, or default_hugepagesz lacks '='. Root or CAP_SYS_ADMIN control of bootloader configuration is required, and the bounded consequence is an early-boot system crash.
